Mounting the stairs is not only some sort of uncomfy hitch, but can also be a perfect everyday way of exercise. It is enough to run to the 4th floor of the UPMS building! Regular stair climbing boosts your circulatory system, enhance your shape and you will end up having really pretty legs. And last but not least, it saves electricity.
This year you can try yourself on the faculty stairs for the second time .
The 30th September 2021 will be the day in the history of UPMS to hold the
2nd Grand Medschool Stair Run!
The job is easy: be the fastest to run up the stairs from in front of the Aula through the main stairs to the 4th floor.
The race starts at 3 pm and the participants can try their strength, speed and creativity in three main categories:
- the fastest runner (ladies, gents)
- the runner wearing the most creative costume
- the most active Institute

So you can win for being the fastest or running with the funniest, most creative costume on. Students and Colleagues of the Faculty can represent their Institutes and get the answer to who will be the fastest runner of the year. Everybody is welcome to this giddy and ceative afternoon event!

Runner with the most creative costume:
Anybody can vote for the runner wearing the most creative costume on Facebook, Grand Medschool Stair Run event.
The costume with the most likes will win a YourLife hoodie and a Fitnexx ticket.

The most active Institute:
The runners of the most active Institue can take part in a teambuilding cooking workshop, offered by the YourLife Team.

And 10 YourLife hoodies will be drawn amongst all the participants of the stair run.
