Erasmus+ is one of the European Commission's most successful and best-known programmes. Funded by the European Union for almost 30 years, Erasmus+ has enabled more than 3 million European students to spend part of their studies in another European higher education institution or at a European organisation. Studying abroad is a key focus of the Erasmus+ programme and has proven to have a positive impact on later career prospects of the participants. It is also a chance for students to improve their language skills, become more confident and independent, and get to know the culture of the host country at first hand.

ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILITY FOR SELF ORGANIZED TRAINEESHIPS IN THE 2ND SEMESTER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024
Currently there is no application period!
The Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Pécs are calling for applications for participating in the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for self-organized traineeships in the Academic Year 2023/2024. The winner students get the possibility to do practices at the universities of the program countries within the frame of the Erasmus+ program. The aim of the mobility can be a practice combined with the student’s study. The foreign practice has to be accepted by the sending institution and included in the student's progress in Hungary (with the number of credits awarded at UP). The Faculty can olny accept the traineeship if the practice place complies with the accreditalional rules of UPMS.
- Duration of mobility abroad: min. 63 days - max. 90 days (3 months)
- Number of hours per week of the traineeship: min. 30 hours/week
- The mobility must take place between: 01.03.2024- 31.07.2024.
- Currency of the grant: HUF
Please note, that the Learning Agreement signed by the three parties (student, receiving institution, sending institution) must be uploaded to Mobility Online surface at least 1 month before the departure date. Otherwise the Erasmus+ internship cannot take place!

Erasmus+ Short-term doctoral mobility in the 2nd semester of the Academic Year 2023/2024
The University of Pécs Faculty of Pharmacy calls for applications for participating in the Erasmus+ Short-term doctoral mobility in the Academic Year 2023/2024
The aim of the call for applications:
is to enable research, educational, linguistic and cultural experiences in a higher education institution in another country. Mobility should facilitate the student's academic/research career and personal development.
Erasmus+ students who are successful in their application will have the opportunity to
take part in a mobility programme to one of our partner universities in the European Union.
The aim of mobility is to research and to support the preparation of a dissertation. Mobility can only take place if the mobility abroad is accepted by the sending institution.
The possible duration of short-term mobility abroad is between 5 and 30 days.
The mobility must take place between: 01.03.2024- 19.07.2024
Currency of the mobility: HUF
Method and deadline for submitting the application:
Applications are accepted continuously throughout the academic year, but the application deadline is 1-1,5 months before departure, at latest until 14 June, 2024 on the Mobility Online interface.

Student Mobility for Traineeship
The University of Pécs Faculty of Pharmacy calls for applications for participating in the Pannónia Scholarship Program Student Mobility for Traineeship for the academic year 2024/2025
The object of the call for applications:
The purpose of the call is to offer traineeships at companies or organizations in another program country, lasting a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 months. The aim is to assist in acquiring the skills necessary in the community labor market and to understand the economic and social culture of the host country.
Within the framework of the Pannonia Scholarship Program, successful applicants have the opportunity to complete traineeships at universities, teaching hospitals, pharmacies and other accredited practice places in the program country. The mobility can only take place if the foreign traineeship is accepted by the sending institution and credited to the student's progress at the Faculty.
Duration of traineeship: min. 2 months (63 days) – max. 4 months (120 days)
Period of traineeship: from 01/09/2024
Currency of the scholarship: HUF
Scholarship financing: 90% pre-10% post-financing (after submission of the mandatory documentation)

Student Mobility for Traineeship after graduation
The University of Pécs Faculty of Pharmacy calls for applications for participating in the Pannónia Scholarship Program Student Mobility for Traineeship after graduation for the academic year 2024/2025
The object of the call for applications:
The purpose of the call is to offer traineeships at companies or organizations in another program country, lasting a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 months. The aim is to assist in acquiring the skills necessary in the community labor market and to understand the economic and social culture of the host country. Within the framework of the Pannonia Scholarship Program, successful applicants have the opportunity to complete traineeships at universities, teaching hospitals, pharmacies and other practice places in the program country.
Students participating in traineeships abroad under the Pannónia Scholarship Program establish an active student status during the application period and begin their professional traineeship after obtaining their degree.
Duration of traineeship:min. 2 months (63 days) – max. 4 months (120 days)
Period of traineeship: from 01/09/2024
Currency of the scholarship: HUF
Scholarship financing: 80% pre- 20% post-financing (after submission of the mandatory documentation)
Student Mobility for Learning Programme

The University of Pécs Faculty of Pharmacy calls for applications for participating in the Pannónia Scholarship Program Student Mobility for Learning Programme for the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year
The object of the call for applications:
Long-term student mobilities for study purposes are student mobilities based on inter-institutional agreements, implemented with the purpose of obtaining credits, and directed to specific target countries, the duration of which is a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 5 months.
Student mobilities for academic purposes can be implemented in any study area and cycle, including doctoral training. The study period abroad must be part of the student's study program aimed at obtaining a diploma within any study cycle, and the sending institutions must accept it and fully comply with the curriculum structure in terms of the time of student mobility in a proportional manner. The credit acquisition and recognition process must be recorded in the mobility agreement of the student participating in the mobility.
Duration of study mobility abroad: minimum 2 months - maximum 5 months
Period of study mobility: August 25, 2025 - February 10, 2026
Currency of the scholarship: HUF
Scholarship payment: 90% pre - 10% post
The final scholarships will be calculated to the exact day based on the submitted Learning Agreement.
Deadline and method of submitting the application:
Extended application deadline: March 18, 2025, at 14:00 p.m. on the Mobility Online interface.

Evaluation of submitted applications:
The submitted applications will be evaluated by the professional committee set up by the Committee on International Affairs.
Internationalization Scholarship for the academic year 2024/2025
Currently there is no application period!
The Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Pécs calls for applications for the Dean's Internationalization Scholarship for the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year with the aim of supporting student internships abroad up to the available fund, in order to adapt international good practices, promote the internationalization efforts of the Faculty - especially the international visibility and competitiveness of pharmacy education - and to promote international student mobility.
Three students with the highest aggregate score will be awarded the scholarships they have applied for.
Interview: within 30 days after submission of the application.
In the case of incompletely submitted applications, a maximum of 8 calendar days will be allowed for the submission of a supplementary documentation. If the deadline for completing the application is not met, the application will be rejected without a decision on the merits.
Candidates called for personal interview will be notified by e-mail!

EAHP-EPSA Internship
Internships
Placements via the EAHP-EPSA Internship Platform are typically 1–3 months long and can be provided on a voluntary basis or the hospital can provide the intern with reimbursement opportunities. Interested applicants can find the conditions of each placement in the database.
The internship could be covered by the Erasmus+ scholarship.

GO STYRIA RESEARCH GRANT summer semester 2024
Go Styria is open for master and doctoral students as well as Post Docs interested in a short term research stay in the context of their master, doctoral thesis or Post-Doc research.
Candidates selected for the program will be given the opportunity for a research period at the University of Graz in order to then continue and conclude their studies / research at their home universities.
