The TDK fair will be open to every student on 21 October, between 1pm and 5pm in the György Romhányi Aula of the Medical School. They will have the chance to learn about research possibilities, clinical methods and meet the Undergraduate Research Society.
The TDK fair for every student studying in General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Biotechnology Programme is organised for the 13th time by the Undergraduate Research Society and the Hungarian Admissions and Student Service Office in order to provide them the chance to get familiar with the clinics of the University of Pécs, as well as the institutions of the Medical School and the Faculty of Pharmacy.
The fair is not only open to students in their fifth and sixth year preparing for the submission of their thesis, so all students are welcome who are interested in research. It is also important to highlight that not all clinics and departments require the completion of the given subject to start the TDK research.
The participants will be able to receive information on research topics at the stands and they can also try out certain equipment. At the event they have the chance to get to know the research profile of the institutions and clinics and the requirements, as well. Being part of the Undergraduate Research Society and the Undergraduate Research Work could also serve as the basis of their thesis or PhD work later.
