In the spring of 2019, the University of Pécs released an unconventional cookbook titled "50 Dishes from Around the World," which featured the favorite traditional food recipes of fifty international students studying at the university, presented richly illustrated in both English and Hungarian.
The University of Pécs is now presenting the second volume of the highly successful cookbook, which has also been introduced to the national press. In this second volume, the focus will be on soups, salads, and desserts, taking us on a culinary journey with another 50 recipes.
